Job Description

The Admin role involves handling various administrative tasks, including file management, SLDN (Service Level Description and Notification) processes, and providing support in HR-related activities. Responsibilities
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files
  • Ensure proper categorization, labeling, and storage of documents
  • Efficiently handle Service Level Description and Notification (SLDN) procedures
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation associated with SLDN
  • Assist in HR-related tasks as needed
  • Provide administrative support for HR processes, such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation
Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, or 1 year working experience in administration
  • Have a certain understanding of internal administrative management processes within the company and can complete daily administrative work according to established procedures
  • Proficient in basic operations of OFFICE softwares, strong document management skills
  • Have knowledge in Git
  • Able to work independently, good attitude and good inter-personal
  • Willing to learn and committed to work
  • Able to deliver under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin, proficient in English, and able to communicate in Malay for general purposes
